Delivery & Returns
Here at Jotoha we try to get all web orders sent out as soon as possible! Items are shipped subject to availability, usually the same, or next day. However, please allow 1-3 workings days for dispatch.
If you are usually not at home during the day, we recommend that you have your items delivered to a work address to avoid delays, as most of our parcels will be sent signed for/tracked, and will require a signature, so you may need to collect your item(s) from your local post or sorting office, or a card will be left with a number for you to contact and rearrange delivery.
Orders made over a weekend/bank holiday will be sent on the next available working day, unless your order is placed during a closed period, in which case we will send your items out as soon as possible. Please note that Jotoha cannot be held responsible for any delays after items have been sent, such as postal strikes or loss which are wholly outside our control.

- Monday 21 December – 1st Class and Royal Mail Signed For
We send the majority of our orders via UK Mail which is a next day tracked service and for heavier items & the Channel Islands via Mail Royal Mail Tracked or Signed For service.

Next Day Delivery – £8.95 (Order must be placed before 1pm)
Standard Airmail – £12.95

International Delivery – outside EU
Standard Airmail – £19.95
Standard Airmail – £22.95 (over £100 spend)
All orders placed over seas are sent via Royal Mail Airmail and depending on the value of the item(s) Airsure which is signed for/tracked.
Some address’s are not confirmed with overseas orders placed via PayPal. So for insurance purposes we will send you an email to confirm that you placed an order with us. As soon as we receive an email from you confirming, we will send your parcel out to you straight away – so keep an eye on your emails!
You may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch by emailing email@example.com and we will re-credit your card within 14 days of your order. Should your items be already dispatched, please email us within 14 days of receiving your order for a return.
We hope you love our goodies as much as we do, but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your contact details and whether you would like a refund or exchange. Please note items can only be returned if they are in their original condition, packaging and with labels still attached (All brands of footwear fit differently so please ensure that they fit correctly and double check by wearing them indoors – footwear cannot be returned after it has been worn outside. If you need any help & advice about fitting do not hesitate to contact us) For returns after 14 days we will be happy to offer an exchange or credit note. Please note that sale items are non-refundable, however an exchange or credit note can be given in exchange for sale items.
Customers are responsible for the postal charges for any returned or exchanged items. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage and send items by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of parcels. Once we have received your item(s) and we will re-credit your account within 14 days or get your replacement item out to you ASAP at no extra cost.
If for any reason the item(s) you have ordered are not in stock or no longer available, we will contact you as soon as possible by email or telephone to update you on the progress of your order or to offer you our next best alternative!
Seen an item on our website that is out of stock? Please get in touch to see if we can order this in especially for you or update you when the item will be back in stock.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item please contact us before sending your parcel back, so we can advise you on how to return it.
